Living pictures of rare cowry (2)

Last December, I went to East China sea with a trawler. I was eager to take pictures of Cypraea langfordi.

In the 14th day of my three weeks trip in the sea, the news came to us that a trawler nearby got a C. langfordi alive. Four hours later, that trawler caught us but unfortunately the shell has died already.  I was very disappointed. However, only a couple of hours later, another trawler got a C.langfordi , under the help of the captain, I got it 3 hours later , and it was still alive!

The picture below recorded the moment that the C.langfordi was being conveyed between two trawlers
